Cancellation Policy
To ensure I can provide the best experience for all clients, I require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100%.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the 100% fee will apply. Because appointments are scheduled back-to-back, arriving late will impact the timing of all clients scheduled that day.
